  • All artworks, designs, and related materials offered on this website are created by Hellen Grundy and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a physical art print does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

  • You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any artwork without prior written permission from the copyright holder (HellenGrundy.com. or Hellen Grundy digital Artist).

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in NOK and include 25% VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to update prices and product availability at any time.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not represent final acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to cancel if there are errors in pricing or availability.

  • Orders from outside Norway will not be charged Norwegian VAT Tax.

  • Orders from outside Norway are liable for import & local taxes due on receipt of the product.

4. Payment

  • We accept payments through [Payment Providers, e.g. Stripe, Vipps, PayPal]. Payment is processed securely, and your card details are never stored on our servers.

  • Your order will be processed once payment has been received in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are produced and shipped from Norway.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location but are generally 3-7 working days within Norway.

  • International delivery times may vary.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

  • Shipping costs using Norgespakk within mainland Norway are included in the purchase price.

  • North Norway & Svalbard may be subject to additional postal cost due to location.

  • Shipping cost outside of Norway is calculated by individual purchase requirement.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

  • Under the Norwegian Angrerettloven and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at contact@hellengrundy.com before the withdrawal period expires.

    Important exceptions:

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or customised for you, unless the product is defective.

  • If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and a description of the issue. Email to contact@hellengrundy.com

  • We will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion if a product is damaged or defective.

  • Custom-made print on demand product, Bespoke artwork and downloadable files are not eligible for “The Right to Withdraw”. .

Right to Return: Norway, EU, EEA & UK

  • Under Norwegian consumer law & EU Law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 or 30 days (depending on specific European Country you are purchasing from) of receiving the product.

  • However, specific bespoke, custom made print-on-demand products are made to order and customised, the right to return does not apply unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Right to Return: Rest Of the World (Outside of EU, EEA & Norway)

  • There is no right to cancel an order due to “buyers remorse” (The Right To Withdraw).

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • You must return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by you, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

  • Photographic evidence would be required in the event of incorrect order or damage to the product upon receipt.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or delivery failures caused by third parties (e.g. shipping carriers).

  • Damages resulting from misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized handling of the product.

  • We advise insurance cover for the delivery of your product to cover damages or delivery failure.

  • Norgespakk delivery with in mainland Norway, has insurance as part of the service.

9. Privacy & Cookies

  • We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian privacy laws.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will first be attempted resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, you may bring the matter before:

  • Forbrukertilsynet (Norwegian Consumer Authority)

  • Forbrukerklageutvalget (Norwegian Consumer Disputes Committee)

11 Amendments to the Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our store after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
